First, we’ll meet in person or online. We’ll discuss how your company currently works with data, the challenges you face in your business, and how reporting and automation could help improve things.

In this phase, we take a close look at the data you collect and how you work with it. We identify which systems store the data and how they are interconnected. We pinpoint areas where errors occur and explore opportunities to get more value from your data.
Solution design
Based on the previous phases, we’ll prepare a solution for Business Intelligence, data process automation, or AI implementation to help you save time and reduce costs. The solution design includes the scope, timeline, and cost.
Implementation and testing
Next comes the development and preparation of the solution. Within the agreed timeline and budget, we’ll build everything according to the specifications and test that all processes work as intended. Together, we’ll fine-tune the reports and dashboards to perfectly meet your needs.
Launch
After development is complete, we transition the solution into live operation without any downtime or disruption to your business. Once launched, we provide documentation and train your teams, ensuring you can fully leverage the data for decision-making from day one.
